About Me

Hi! My name is Lauren Sandbach, and my goal with this blog is to share a little bit about the most important parts of my life, and hopefully have a nice recollection to look back several years from now.

I currently live in Valdosta Georgia. I was born and raised here in the south, and I went to the University of Georgia for college. After school, I returned to Valdosta and took a job working for The Haven Sexual Assault Center. I have been working here for two years. 

Among my passion for working with sexual assault survivors, I have a strong passion for helping my community. Inevitably, this blog will reflect my everyday life as well as some of my pits and peaks as a 20 something in the south. 

Oh, and I have a sweet little kitty named Penny Lane. :)
